TLC is passionate about connecting people with disabilities to workers that can help them achieve their goals. Our Community Support Workers support our participants with social, community & recreational participation, in-home support & daily living activities, specialised transport & domestic support.
This is the role for you if you have:
An interest in supporting people with disabilities explore their capabilities and reach their potential
The desire to share your interests and passions with others
The ability to manage your own time and work autonomously
A love for a constantly changing work environment
NDIS experience highly regarded but not essential
