assume total business management responsibility for the assigned territory and achieve sales targets for the territory within expense parameters What will you be doing? Business Results – Achieve budgeted sales, market shares and focus products within assigned territory. Territory Management – Maximise potential for assigned territory through effective targeting and territory management. Product Knowledge – Maintain thorough, up to date knowledge of all technical aspects of assigned products. Professional Standards – Ensure company standards, ethics and professional behavior are applied in all aspects of work. Teamwork – Participate as an effective and innovative leader at Smith & Nephew, in particular all teams with which you lead or participate in. What will you need to be successful? Education: Tertiary qualifications in science or business related discipline Experience: Proven experience in related industry. Good understanding of the Australia public and private healthcare system Travel Requirements: approx. 20 – 80% depending on business needs.
