About the role
The Part-time Community Worker will work with the Western Sydney team to:
- support the operations of western Sydney programs
- support programs and activities that operate from the Willmot Community Hub
- flexibly support the western Sydney team as directed by the A/Manager
This is a 3 months Part-time role (0.8 EFT)

- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively and creatively with community
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with other organisations.
- Experience working with and understanding of the issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Written and verbal communication skills

Holy Family Community
Holy Family Social Services is a partnership between Jesuit Social Services and Holy Family Parish, Mount Druitt. The partnership operates a range of programs designed to build individual and community capacity and develop mentoring, training and employment pathways within a diverse and disadvantaged community.
