About the Opportunity:
As the Company Accountant you will be reporting to the General Manager and working closely with senior management, the LK finance team and other staff members of LK Hospitality and the broader LK Group. You will be proactive in your approach to work with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to quickly collate, interpret and present your findings to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and weekly financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations and other management reports.
- Update and analysis of budget to actual results.
- Labor cost management and tracking
- Inventory management and tracking
- Implementing process automation, improvement initiatives and tasks.
- Ensuring the integrity and integration of various systems (ERP, payroll, POS/inventory)
- Manage ad hoc project work.
- Preparation of operational cash flows and budgets.
- Previous exposure to hospitality or event management industries is desirable.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience with proven longevity in roles.
- Proven track record of delivering quality, timely and accurate reporting.
- Proven ability to work within a high performing team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving and process improvement ability.
- CA or CPA qualified.
