The culture of the company is very innovative, young, entrepenurial and focussed on providing their clients with oustanding service.POSITIONDue to rapid growth and expansion, the position of Company Accountant has been created to take the company to the next level. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for the entire finance function.

• Preparation and ongoing management of business budgets and forecasts
• Liaising with external accountants
• Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and financial institutions
• Overseeing and management of financial systems
• Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs
• Internal bookkeeping functions of the business including reconciliation of files and accounts payable for 25+ entities
• Processing and management of payroll
• Preparation of timely and accurate management accounts
• Assisting with month end and year end statutory reporting
• Ongoing cashflow analysis

CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• 5+ years' accounting experience (commercial or public practice)
• Exceptional employment history and longevity (non negotiable)
• Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• A passion for client service
• Experience with cloud based software programs highly desirable (Xero ideally)
