About the Role:
We are seeking applications for the position ofGroup Company Accountant for our global headquarters and manufacturing campus in Murarrie, Brisbane. You’ll be part of a supportive team, backed by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals in the team. This role is a full-time position in the office Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist with the monthly management report and Board reporting packs.
- Assist with annual audit conducted by our external Big 4 auditor.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Assisting in the preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Assist with company tax return and R&D tax concession calculation.
- Assist with reporting consolidated results at a group level
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Ensuring Accounting standards and policies are adhered to
- Other accounting and finance tasks as and when required.
What You’ll bring:
- Min 5 years’ experience in similar role
- CAANZ qualification.
- SAP B1 or similar ERP experience
- Strong Microsoft Office program knowledge including Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent attentions to detail.
- Great communication skills
- Candidates with Experience in publicly listed companies will be highly regarded.
