AddressAbout the roleWithin this role you will provide comprehensive administration and support to the Integrity and Risk team and coordinate the Colleges Complaints and Feedback process.
Some of the role’s key responsibilities –
- Coordinates the College complaint and Feedback process in accordance with policy and procedure including the provision of procedural advice, third party communication and record keeping to assist in the resolution of complaints.
- Accurately records and tracks complaints, feedback and outcomes within prescribed timeframes.
- Provides statistics and reports regarding complaints, feedback and policies as required by management or other relevant stakeholders/agencies.
- Contributes to the development of project plans and research under the guidance of the Manager Integrity & Risk.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in complaints management and reporting and should come from a complaints management background; with a focus on best value, have strong consultancy skills and substantial functional knowledge in the areas of complaints management.
