Our Client is seeking Compliance Officers to join the team, located in Cannington. The Compliance Officer provides essential support to process and manage routine complaints, ensuring the resolution of matters.
Under supervision, the Compliance Officer makes decisions and prepares routine reports and drafting of orders.
Role responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of complaints using Department databases and Microsoft Outlook.
- Assists with processing routine complaints
- Produces written material including routine investigation reports and correspondence.
- Collates and formats information and evidence from investigations in accordance with relevant legislation and department policies and procedures and make recommendations.
- Works collaboratively with other team members, Complaints Coordinator and other staff within the directorate.
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, word processing and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to quickly adapt and follow new processes and procedures.
- Working collaboratively in a team-based environment and have good interpersonal skills is a requirement.
- Effective time management skills, including, meeting objectives, following up to ensure work is finalised.
