About the Role
We are looking for a full time Compliance / Administration Officer who will provide operational and compliance assurance & support in the following areas;
- Employee Onboarding
- Equipment Management - Ensuring employees are provided with all required PPE / equipment and managing storeroom stock levels
- Employee Inductions - Network & Site Specific
- Liaising with stakeholders and clients
- Managing our internal compliance system to ensure employee inductions, medical requirements and training remains current
- Coordinating rostering requests
- The role is office based in Footscray
About You
- You have a great attention to detail
- You understand the importance of meeting time sensitive deadlines
- You want to be a part of a fun and energetic team but are still able to work autonomously
- You have experience using Microsoft office products (Word, Excel etc)
- You will ideally have experience in a similar administrative role
