THE ROLE
As one of our Administration, Verification & Compliance Officers, reporting to our National Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing administration, inbound customer verification and compliance for our clients; including 2degrees, Energy Locals & iO Energy.
Your duties including handling inbound calls, data entry using software, Microsoft excel & CRMs, searching for critical electricity meter information for our field sales team employees, delivering Ts & Cs verification calls, & widely varied office administration tasks.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
*Excellent written & verbal communication skills*Organizational & multitasking skills*Experience with Microsoft Excel & Outlook*Experience within direct sales, retail sales and/or customer service is preferable, however not essential*Intermediate & up administration, English literacy & customer service skills*Immediate start, Monday to Friday, up to 38 hrs a week
