Your new role
- Run sheet data entry, tipping reconciliation and payments, work order processing and invoicing
- Coordination and administration of all site compliance activities
- New Supplier set up, raising purchase orders, receipting and invoicing
- Customer maintenance and new account set up
- Any additional duties as directed by the Administration Supervisor
Your skills and experience
- Experience in office administration
- Strong customer relationship management and customer service experience
- Transactional administration Experience
- Experience in reconciling and reporting
- Advanced skills in MS Office Packages
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experience in working in a team environment
