Position Summary:

Due to significant organisational growth, we are seeking a positive, driven and highly organised Administration Officer to support our Quality team. 

In this newly created, full time role you will provide essential administrative support related to Quality and Compliance, and work to maintain and improve our Quality and Compliance processes. 

Prior experience in Quality and Compliance not a pre-requisite - the most important thing is your values, attitude and administration skills.

What you bring:

  • A positive, proactive and collaborative approach, supported by outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to manage large volumes of information and administration, including documents, spreadsheets and emails. 
  • A natural ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, combined with the ability to influence
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, and prior manufacturing or aerospace-related industry experience would be highly regarded (though not essential).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver within expected time-frames.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to navigate and interpret industry-specific regulations and standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the documentation and issuance of Certificates of Conformity (CoCs) for aerospace and defense components.
  • Work closely with the Quality team to ensure efficient and effective systems are maintained, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc administration support to the Quality team. 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the flow of information related to CoCs.
  • Assist with external and internal audits
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to compliance and quality.
