Manage the end-to-end processes associated with employee service reviews, waiver agreements, employer non-compliance and payment plans.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAs the Compliance Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end processes associated with employee service reviews and employee waiver agreements. You’ll also monitor and manage employer non-compliance, disputes, approvals relating to the remittance of additional levies, and employer payment plans.
You will:
- review employee service applications to determine eligibility and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation
- manage service review cases and action plans through to resolution
- prepare documentation relating to the service review process
- support and/or present recommendations to the Board
- own the end-to-end process relating to payments to employees, including applications, gathering relevant supporting documentation, calculation of payment rates, and preparation of final documentation for sign-off and record management
- oversee the central registry to track, update and report on employee waiver agreements, including coordinating periodic review of agreements
- engage internal and external stakeholders as required to manage the endorsement (or not) of waiver agreements
- report on employee service reviews, Section 48 payments and waiver agreements.
