Compliance Analyst

Manage the end-to-end processes associated with employee service reviews, waiver agreements, employer non-compliance and payment plans.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As the Compliance Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end processes associated with employee service reviews and employee waiver agreements. You’ll also monitor and manage employer non-compliance, disputes, approvals relating to the remittance of additional levies, and employer payment plans.
You will:

• review employee service applications to determine eligibility and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation
• manage service review cases and action plans through to resolution
• prepare documentation relating to the service review process
• support and/or present recommendations to the Board
• own the end-to-end process relating to payments to employees, including applications, gathering relevant supporting documentation, calculation of payment rates, and preparation of final documentation for sign-off and record management
• oversee the central registry to track, update and report on employee waiver agreements, including coordinating periodic review of agreements
• engage internal and external stakeholders as required to manage the endorsement (or not) of waiver agreements
• report on employee service reviews, Section 48 payments and waiver agreements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To be successful in the role of Compliance Analyst, you will have strong analytical and reporting skills together with sound problem solving skills. You will be a natural communicator who is confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in a patient and understanding manner.
Your background will demonstrate your:

• exceptional interpersonal relationship skills
• competence in understanding and applying legislation, processes and procedures
• experience operating in a highly regulated environment
• exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to devise and present complex information and concepts in a concise manner
• experience in applying best practice consultation principles and tools
• capability to provide feedback to support and educate peers.
