Job description

ERGT Australia leads in high-risk safety and emergency response training for industries like Oil and Gas, Maritime, Defence, Aviation, and Major Hazard Facilities. With nearly 30 years of experience, our quality training impacts lives and workplaces. 

We’re seeking a Compliance and Travel Administrator to work closely with our Scheduling and Training department ensuring that our Learning and Assessment team meet our compliance obligations. This role invovles you working with our Client Partnership team with organizing all things Travel for our Training team and booking of administration travel. 

Join us in Jandakot for this full-time role, Monday to Friday working from 8.30am – 4.30pm. 

Trainer Competence & Records 

  • In coordination with Schedulers; scheduling and maintaining appropriate records of Training Developments plans, including scheduling / re-scheduling development, recording and following up on documentation.
  • Assist our Centre Leader / Team Leaders in ensuring all training staff maintain industry currency, currency of qualifications under relevant training regulators, and suggest recommendations / improvements as required. 
  • Conduct regular audits on staff records, matrices, and course paperwork to ensure compliance in line with ERGT Staff Training and development procedures.
  • You will be required to build strong relationships with the Training team to assist, support and coordinate their development in a timely manner.

Travel 

  • Onsite Travel: 
    • Working closely with our Client Partnerships team to understand unique onsite training requirements and coordinate any applicable trainer travel including managing trainer paperwork, reports, assessment materials
    • Arrange relevant site access requirements for trainers travelling to various client sites.
    • Communicate and assist in booking in any applicable site inductions, medicals or other site requirements. And provide information to Client Partnerships team regarding International Travel Requirements. 

General Staff Travel 

  • Coordination of staff travel using Globetrotter Serko Systems and ERGT approved travel systems. 
  • Produce quotes and estimates for travel costs.       
  • Prepare Reimbursement paperwork 
  • Communicate travel information (itineraries, reimbursements, insurance details timesheet coding etc) to relevant parties prior to travel and Coordinate journey management for travellers to ensure each of their destinations are successfully and safely reached. 

Printing Operations & Stock Control 

  • Ensuring sufficient production of course training resources, written assessments, supporting documents and records.
  • Management of version control of printed course resources
