Purpose Statement
To conduct the verification of employment history, education qualifications and professional memberships in accordance with Sterling processes, procedures, productivity, quality and timeframe benchmarks.
The nature, scope and tasks of this position
a. Commence all verifications accurately and within required time frames via email and phone.
b. Managing missing information and additional information in accordance with National Crime Check operations procedures
c. Record all information relating to verifications on National Crime Check platform, including all mandated attempts in real time
d. Ensure all operational logs are recorded accurately and in real time
e. Monitor turnaround times (TAT) and ensure compliance with standard operational processes (SOP’s) and service level agreements (SLAs)
f. Identify potential delays/ issues that are likely to adversely impact turnaround times and bring these to the attention of your manager immediately
g. Notify the client case manager of all candidate “Alerts” where required to ensure the client is notified immediately without delay
h. Other duties as assigned by the National Crime Check
