Compliance & Assurance Lead

We are currently in search of a Compliance and Assurance Lead for a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our Sales and Member Services business aligns with member expectations, while also upholding rigorous standards of risk management, compliance and quality assurance.

What will you be doing:  
Cultiva te strong working relationships with stakeholders, including risk, compliance and assurance professionals across the business.  
Devel op and improve frameworks that help the business in complying with regulatory obligations and RAC policies and procedures.  
Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement opportunities and develop strategies to address them
