We are now seeking a Compliance and Assurance Lead for Sales and Member Service.
This full time, permanent position helps provide assurance that our sales and member services are meeting member needs, as well as risk, compliance and quality standards.
What will you be doing?
- Cultivating strong working relationships with stakeholders, including risk, compliance and assurance professionals across the business.
- Developing frameworks that help the business in complying with regulatory obligations and RAC policies and procedures.
- Supporting the business in the management of risk, including control self-assessments, and conducting key control testing.
- Supporting quality assurance programs, including regular analysis and reporting on trends and opportunities for enhancement to stakeholders.
- Supporting the business in the design of new programs or projects to help ensure high quality services and effective risk management.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in supporting business improvement activities, ideally in a financial services, customer service or other frontline environment.
- Strong risk management, compliance and assurance-related skills.
- Commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are desirable.
