You'll be responsible for- Play a key role in Regulatory Engagement and insights for Allianz Australia, gathering, analysing and presenting data to both regulators and key stakeholders within the Allianz Risk and Compliance leadership community, in the form of insights and reporting
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of issues facing the organisation and support business stakeholders in meeting groups, regulatory and industry requirements, and standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to the organisation on compliance processes and procedures, in particular to the line one risk and compliance community.
- Support and assist compliance management with implementing and maintaining the enterprise-wide compliance risk management framework including compliance risk scoping and assessment, the development of operational compliance plans, performing targeted compliance assurance reviews and managing and resolving compliance incidents as they occur.
- Guide, support and influence business unit teams to embed compliance risk incident management and perform adequate and appropriate oversight activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity and impact, leveraging data to deliver effective and actionable business insights
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk or audit, acquired in a complex, matrix financial services organization.
- Demonstrated understanding of operational and compliance risk inherent in financial services with the ability to assess the level of risk and to provide advice on developing plans to mitigate risk.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships independently and facilitate and coordinate stakeholder meeting and workshops.
