Your Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and driven individual to support the effective delivery of our SEE Program on a full-time basis. You will report directly to the SEE Program Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain, manage, and store SEE and AEP Trainer Profiles
- Maintain, manage, and store Supervision Agreements
- Maintain and update a SEE Teacher Qualification Matrix: listing all teacher qualifications, including upgrades, and any PD attended
- Attain copies of police checks, WWC, and other certifications as required and add to the Teacher PowerPro (PP) profile
- Keep a register of WWC cards and send teacher reminders when they need to be updated
- Update SEE Teacher and Assessor handbooks in consultation with SEE Program Manager
- Maintain the relief list. Check-in with relief teachers for current availability and amend the list as needed
- Ensure quals, WWC, and police checks for all teaching staff
- Issue Statements of Attainment (SoAs) and full Certificates at the end of each term for all students, and during the term when students are withdrawn or complete their hours.
- Oversee the Validation process from start to finish as well as monitor the 5-year validation plan
- Record results of validation – including actions and amendments required arising from the validation
- Update the validation log and record the number of units validated per teacher
- Write & Update TAS documents
- Stay up to date on curriculum and ACSF changes and currency
- Support Program Manager in QA & QAA audits
- Ensure internal systems are up to date
- Updating the student handbook in consultation with the Program Manager
- Staying up to date with any changes to Standards of RTOs 2015 & managing continuous improvement and compliance
- Ensure AEP units are included in CGEA validation
Essentials:
- Knowledge of ACSF
- Working with Children Check
- Cert IV Training and Assessing (TAE440110, including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502) or TAE40116
- Knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2015
- Knowledge of the SEE Program
