We currently have two permanent, full time opportunities for two Compliance Officers to join our Customer & Payments team. These role will complete compliance and reporting obligation within the Customer & Payments division, which include contact centre, branches and operations team.

What you will be doing
- Support frameworks for policy and audit processes to meet the requirements of relevant regulators
- Perform audits, reporting and support continuous improvement in systems and process
- Assist in assessing compliance incidents and engaging with relevant departments to ensure incidents are appropriately remediated and the risk of future non-compliance is reduced or avoided
- Delivering on required compliance needs in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Investigate and remediate datasets across various systems
- Perform day-to-day operations of compliance team activities
- Review and update current policies and procedures as required
- Deliver on compliance requirements as set by regulators
- Undertake other duties within scope of role as defined from time to time.
What you will bring
- Ability to extract and work with raw data to identify trends, prepare reports and recommendations
- Ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and CRM Systems
- Ability to design and utilize formalized frameworks to document new processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to challenge existing processes and implement solutions within short timeframes
