Join our team in a pivotal role of Compliance & Reporting Manager that provides essential support across all aspects of the contract. Your responsibilities will encompass internal and external customer liaison, administrative tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of key reporting requirements stipulated by the contract. As the Pe, you will serve as the linchpin of the contract, enabling managers and engineers to focus on their core competencies.
Embrace a flexible and adaptable approach in overseeing the Compliance & Reporting aspect of BGIS (BMS) and our Subcontractors in accordance with contractual obligations. The Performance & Reporting Manager plays a crucial role in efficiently monitoring and reporting on performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the Compliance & Reporting Manager include:
- Efficiently monitor and report on the Performance of BGIS (BMS) and our Subcontractors under the terms by which we are Contracted.
- The role requires excellent communicative and database/spreadhseet reporting skills, a clear understanding of subcontract management.
- Provide training to the client users and the client on using the BGIS Performance Centre (reporting portal).
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met in line with ISS service agreement.
- Monitor and report on BMS Key Performance Indicators.
- Monitor and report on accuracy of data within the BMS systems and BGIS Performance Centre.
- Update and maintenance of the BMS systems to ensure accuracy of the Portfolio site listing within the CMMS and other BGIS systems.
- Monitor and report upon the performance of the external BGIS Call Centre.
- Manage client Quote Approval Process
- Develop and maintain BGIS processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in subcontracts and/or facilities management industries, preferably in a related outsourcing services environment.
- Strong background in Contract Administration, reporting and database management.
- The ability to understand, analyse, interpret and report on property/facility and financial information and trends, with experience in the development, analysis and reporting of complex KPI's.
- Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS).
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in property, Commerce, Business or similar discipline
- A problem-solving ability to think 'on the run'.
- Confidence to take independent decisions but with judgement to take advice when required.
