Our client is a federally funded not for profit, organisation responsible for the commissioning of services by working closely with local communities and existing healthcare service providers.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Compliance & Procurement Support Officer, you will be playing a key role in the tendering process, attending consensus meetings, moderating scores, preparing Evaluation Reports, and providing essential administrative support. You will be joining our clients’ Compliance and Procurement Team as a skilled and experienced individual. This temporary position is based in Townsville and through until 30 June 2024.
Your Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Familiarity with tenders and the tendering process;
- Experience in attending tender consensus meetings and moderating scores;
- Proficiency in preparing and finalising Evaluation Reports with tender outcomes;
- Strong minute-taking skills for tender consensus meetings;
- Ability to coordinate meetings and liaise effectively with evaluation panels for tenders.
The Offer:
The successful applicant will be rewarded with an attractive hourly rate as well as the opportunity to join a dynamic, progressive team. The successful applicant will possess a current Drivers Licence and be able to provide a current police check. This role offers flexibility and may be suitable for those seeking a short-term assignment until June 30, 2024.
