The Role:Compounding Customer Service
A great opportunity has become available for a Full Time, Permanent position to join the ANZ Compounding Operations team based at Brunswick, reporting to the Compounding Team Lead.
The primary focus of this role will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation in conjunction with Customer Service to meet the needs of both internal and external customers of the pharmacy. You will be working Monday to Friday with flexibility to perform overtime where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Timely receipt of fax & email orders, confirming expected delivery date and time.
- Check orders for completeness – legibility/ patient details/ drugs/ diluents/ delivery details etc. Clarifying details with customer if any aspects of the order are unclear
- Complying with regulatory requirements of GMP and EH&S.
- Working with team leaders and production specialists by monitoring current workload to assist in bringing forward or delaying orders as per customer needs and production demands.
- Working with staff at dispatch to track on time delivery of orders to key customers.
- Liaising with customers with regard to order, dispatch and account enquiries.
- Assist in capturing customer complaint reports regarding product, delivery and service issues.
- Use of standard Microsoft programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access to provide clerical support and maintain information databases.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Sound verbal and written communication with high attention to detail
- Experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably the Healthcare/Medical industry.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy
- Exposure to the healthcare/hospital environment would be valuable.
- Ability to manage your time, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Take initiative and be adaptable to change
