With unbeatable reliability, security and attention to detail, it’s no surprise we’re Australia’s road feeder of choice.In your new role as Administration, Customer Service & Accounts, you will provide general administration assistance to our Jets Transport team on a casual basis. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, maintaining Freight databases post ledgers, preparation of reports and documents, data entry, preparing accounts for payment, assist with pricing and invoice run, assist with filing documents and responding to internal and external customer inquiries including providing basic pricing quotes.To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven work experience in administration and accounts
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• The ability to and enjoy working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting competing deadlines
• Ability to work in a changing environment, and being a champion for future improvement
• Quick learning abilities for systems
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day (0800-1300 or 0900-1400).
