Customer Service Representative/Lto

Randstad is partnering with an agency in the Transport industry to find talented Customer Service Representatives for their Mitcham branch. We are seeking experienced, energetic, and passionate individuals to join a friendly and collaborative team for a 6 months contract. The position offers 30-38 rostered hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime opportunities.If you are looking for your next opportunity and are open to a temporary position with a strong possibility of extension, this could be the perfect role for you.Responsibilities include:

• Conducting driver license tests and assessing candidates
• Providing constructive feedback
• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, issuing written correspondence, and scheduling appointments
• Assisting and responding to customer inquiries
• Promoting and educating customers on available online digital platforms

To be successful, you will need:

• Proven experience in fast-paced, face-to-face Customer Service environments
• Strong resilience and the ability to work with KPIs
• Excellent time management skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Proficiency with various systems and software packages
