You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to provide effective second level technical support in projects work. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the operations of the team, managing deliverables and workflows
- Contributing to the development and implementation of business and technology solutions
- Highlighting and identifying gaps in existing functionality
- Contributing to business management, staff recruitment and team planning
- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
- Monitoring and managing work output and quality against established performance standards
- Evaluates processes and methods used in existing ICT systems, proposes modifications, additional system components
- Preparing and reviewing a range of written material including technical and corporate documentation
- Collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
- Working with users to formulate and document business requirements
- Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices
- Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects

The skills and experience best suited to this role:
- At least two years previous experience as a Computer Network and SystemsEngineer
Strong ability to identify and convey (orally and in writing) the object of a business need to the appropriate stakeholder level – executive, operational and/or technical levels. - Ability to interpret user requirements and translate into technical specifications and procedures
- Ability to elicit, structure and prioritise business requirements and express these requirements to stakeholders for acceptance/approval
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work closely with clients and be embedded in blended client/NTT teams
- Knowledge in core integration toolsets and demonstrated ability to support heavily integrated platforms.
- Experience working in Agile projects is an advantage
