KNOW THE ROLE
Reporting to the Area Manager, this position will lead a dynamic team that are inspired and empowered to deliver the achievement of sales and key performance indicators bringing our stylish eye and can-do attitude to life in store.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate manager to join Blue Illusion and build a strong and loyal customer base. Enthusiasm in sales and developing relationships will set the right candidate apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower and guide your team to ensure business KPIS are met. This includes rolling out product knowledge, communicate operational updates, performance management, rewards, and recognition.
- Continuously developing the team to recognise and highlight achievements and areas of improvement
- Communicate company directives and action accordingly
- Create rosters, approve timesheets and maintaining the concessions salary budget
- Visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Stock Management – Online fulfillment, receiving deliveries, actioning markdowns/price changes, P&L, coordinating stock takes
- Partnering and developing relationships with the David Jones department and store managers
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in fashion retail is advantageous but not essential
- Minimum of 1 year management experience
- Multi-tasking and self-motivation
- Computer literary is a must
- Strong administration skills
- Leadership
- Have a passion for customer service and inspiring our customers
