The Role:

We seek a full-time Corporate Concierge with a strong focus on customer experience, security management, and potential team leadership.

Duties:

Responsibilities include greeting clients, ensuring a 5-star experience, maintaining safety and security, responding to emergencies, monitoring surveillance, and managing people KPIs and WHS compliance.

Skills & Experience:

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, conflict resolution abilities, high attention to detail and experience in security and customer service roles, with computer literacy and operational security service experience. Experience as Concierge within a luxury hotel brand would be ideal.
