About the department:
The Food Services Department is an in-house service, which provides patient meals for all campuses of Austin Health, as well as providing a patient meals service to Royal Women’s Hospital
About the role:
The Operations Coordinator manages the finishing kitchens at Austin Hospital, Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Hospital and the receiving kitchen at the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital. The role also involves supervising the Menu Monitor Team including rosters, ensuring required staffing levels, managing performance as well as organizing training and other skill development opportunities.
To be successful in this role you must:
Have prior experience as either a Food Services Supervisor/Team Leader or other relevant Hospital Food Service and Hospitality experience.
