Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders.
- Adjust orders and allocation as required
- Maintain and update stock records.
- Assist with stocktakes and ensure accuracy with ERP systems
- Uphold inventory/stock management.
- Coordinating logistics inwards and outwards.
- Establishing a professional relationship with vendors/suppliers.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a purchasing environment and willingness to shape their career
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of procurement processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a team when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise work tasks
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about purchasing and inventory processes
