ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking an experienced Concrete Defect Manager to join our team. The applicant will need to have a strong concreting background with competency in all aspects of concreting and structure packages (Form Reo Pour) from start to finish. You must be an expert in reading plans and setting out jobs. You will take control of the daily running of projects and coordinate your team whilst delivering quality work in a safe and timely manner.

Applicants will need to have the following qualities:

• In depth knowledge of all aspects of concreting, formwork and steelfixing and delivering structures
• Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills
• Be reliable, honest and hardworking
• Thorough knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
• Must have a White Card and drivers license 

Duties include, but are not restricted to:

• Supervise day-to-day operations
• Manage quality control, productivity and safety  
• Strong ability to deliver projects within time and budget
