Condition Monitoring Engineer

We love that we contribute to a bigger picture; with our services and solutions assisting our clients to run safe and reliable operations, maximise production and extend asset life.The RoleReporting to the Western Region Reliability Lead, your role as a Condition Monitoring Engineer will provide engineering support to our major clients in Kalgoorlie WA, delivering engineering services related to Asset Health Monitoring. We are looking for an enthusiastic and “hands-on” individual who will be a key team member, with a mix of office and field-based work.The day to dayResponsibilities include:Provide technical support to our team of Condition Monitoring technicians servicing our clients across power generation, oil and gas, refinery, health, process and other industries.
Plan and execute comprehensive field measurement studies, failure analysis, structural analysis, site audits and general engineering consultancy for our clients;
Diagnose equipment faults by evaluating Condition Monitoring and other data, and preparing comprehensive technical reports to our clients including recommendations for maintenance action;
Consult with clients and provide cost estimates for routine and specialist engineering investigations;
Forming part of a skilled and high performing Asset Integrity Engineering team, you will have the support of a progressive and experienced management team and be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments. You will also be offered various career development opportunities to build on your current skillset.The essentialsWe are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:Minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) ;
Condition Monitoring Qualifications and experience (e.g. CAT II & III VA, thermography, or oil analysis certification) - Mobius accreditation preferred.
Interest in Condition Monitoring, materials, failure analysis and structural integrity;
Analytical strengths, with good problem solving skills and a willingness to get your hands dirty required;
