Condition Monitoring Technician and Lubrication Analysist and reports to the Superintendent of Engineering and Reliability.
Key Responsibilities- To lead a team of Condition Monitoring and Lubrication Technician
- Coordinate and supervise daily and weekly planned Condition Monitoring & lubrication activities.
- Providing subject matter expert knowledge to Reliability and Maintenance Teams
- Support investigation, fault finding and drive continuous improvement.
- Providing safety leadership to effectively identify and manage technical risks across Fortescue.
- Achieving targets set for defined sections of area budgets.
Qualifications and Experience- TAFE / Cert III or IV equivalent or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in condition-based maintenance role, inclusive of online Condition Monitoring and analysis
- Minimum ISO Category II Vibration Analyst or equivalent
- ISO Certified Category II Lubricant technician (MLT/MLA certification)
- Ultrasonic Thickness Inspection UT Level I certification
- Thermography Level I certification
- Ultrasound Level I certification
- Experience with Motion Amplification is ideal.
- Asset Reliability Practitioner - Engineer (ARP-E) certification
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office suite experience is required.
- SAP skills are a distinct advantage.
