We are now in need of an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach to help our clients achieve success.

About You
As a coach at Absolute, you'll be responsible for developing good relationships and delivering tangible results through coaching and lifestyle interventions.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
· Coaching
- Deliver strength & Conditioning coaching services to clients.
- Work in partnership with clients to design and deliver integrated health & performance programmes.
- Onboard new clients to the business to ensure they understand how to optimise their use of Absolute services.
- Provide timely feedback and reporting to clients that measures and evidences intervention effect.
· Teamwork
- Ensure all services meet high standards that customers expect in quality and function.
- Collaborate with internal allied health and medical practitioners to enhance client outcomes.
- Collaborate with external health practitioners to enhance client outcomes.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to provide and receive feedback.
· Business Development
- Share knowledge with our community to help them live limitless lives.
- Actively generate referral leads from your immediate and wider network.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the administration team to update client account data and ensure optimal client experience.
- Provide accurate data to assist in measuring company performance.
Requirements:
Education
- (Desirable) MSc degree in relevant exercise science
- Minimum BSc Degree in relevant exercise science
- Minimum completed accreditation with either ASCA or ESSA.
Experience - At least 2 year’s experience working as an exercise scientist, personal trainer, S+C coach or other allied fields, managing various client types.
Skillset - Proven ability in assessment, screening and management of musculoskeletal injury. You must understand how to create bespoke training programmes and be well-versed on all aspects of physical preparation coaching.

Job Type:
This is a private contractor role with the scope to move to a full-time employee role after 6 months.
Rate of pay ($70 > $86 blended hourly rate) Please note that all coaching sessions are 45 minutes in length.
