We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the newly established Conference and Events Logistics Team Leader role in our Conference and Events Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will provide logistics assistance to the Conference and Events team in conjunction with Purchasing, to ensure a safe and efficient set-up, bump in and bump out for all events held across the hotel.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with the Meeting and Events team and the Conference and Events Operations team to ensure a safe and efficient event set-up
- Assist with risk assessments and oversee logistics operations to ensure all high-risk activities, employees and contractors are compliant with Work Health and Safety requirements
- Liaise with Purchasing to coordinate all inbound and outbound freight and deliveries for events.
