The Position
The Calile is offering a distinctive full-time role for an experienced Conference & Events Operation Supervisor to join our team. This position is not just about managing events, but about creating unique and unforgettable experiences for our guests, be it a wedding, a conference, a special event, or a milestone moment for an individual or a corporation.
About you
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a 5-star hotel environment
- Experience supervising other team members on shift and training new team members
- Ability to demonstrate food and beverage, coffee and wine knowledge
- Knowledge of the correct food safety standards to ensure a high-quality F&B product is consistently being produced
- A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (desirable)
- Full availability over a 7-day roster is required.
