The Position
The Calile has a unique full-time opportunity for an experienced Conference & Events Operation Supervisor to join our team. The role focuses on supporting the Conference & Events Teams in providing bespoke experiences to our guests ranging from weddings, conferencing and special events, and milestone moments for individuals and corporations.
About you
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a team leader/supervisory role within a 5-star hotel environment
- Experience supervising other team members on shift and training new team members
- Ability to demonstrate food and beverage, coffee and wine knowledge
- Knowledge of the correct food safety standards to ensure a high-quality F&B product is consistently being produced
- A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (desirable)
- Full availability over a 7-day roster is required.
