- Maintain the Technical Data Management Plan (TDMP) within the Engineering Management System (EMS) in support of the CMGR and DAAR
- Collection and curation of Technical data within Technical data packs
- Ensuring the correct storage of data for its security classification
- Create and enforce Data Management Policy/Instructions (Governance)
- Assist with identification of data management IT solutions
- Enforcing rules and procedures for data sharing with members of the project and stakeholders.
- Communication of complex technical and operational subjects into readily understandable concepts
- Provide support to wider the Joint Project Team
- Assume authority within COSPO as the custodian for all Technical data relating to product baselines
- Management of the Technical Library
- Management Policy/instructions (Governance)
- Report on Technical data integrity and health
- Produce and maintain Master Record Indexes (MRI)
- Establish the Technical Data Tree (TDT) for each product stream
- Support the Configuration Manager with the CCB and DRB activities, as directed.
- Support the Deputy Chief Engineer in managing and completing of COSPO Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) (Administrative)
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Data Manager / Librarian
- Experience with Configuration Management processes
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
Desirable:
- Australian government and/or Defence experience.
