As a Connecting Services Consultant, you will work within a centralised contact-centre environment, assisting clients to navigate Southern Cross Care’s wide range of services.
- You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their individual needs, goals and aspirations, and identify solutions and services that suit them.
- You will generate opportunities and referrals for our sales teams and deliver outstanding service to our clients and residents, helping to optimise their quality of life and their experience as a member of our community.

The successful candidate will have the following experience & skills:
- With exceptional attention to detail and great communication skills, you will help Southern Cross Care to communicate with a range of people, including those seeking services for themselves and those doing so on behalf of loved ones.
- You will be compassionate and empathetic, reliable and resilient, and have the ability to build rapport quickly.
- You will also have strong computer skills and have experience working with the client relationship management (CRM) systems and databases to record and retrieve client information and communicate with colleagues.
- Ideally, you will have experience in a customer service or relationship management role.
