Connor is looking for driven, ambitious and mature minded Area Manager that want to grow into a successful leader in our business. Through training and education Connor will provide the tools to help create what we hope is a successful retail career for YOU.
Ideally you will have:
- 2 – 3 years experience managing up to 10 stores preferably within fashion and apparel
- A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast pace environment
- Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports
- Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
- Planning and organisational skills
- Training and development skills
- The ability to set clear direction and follow up

Area will be from North Sydney, Northern Beaches to the Central Coast, NSW. Successful applicant must have a car and a current and valid NSW Drivers license .
