We have a rare opportunity to join a national supplier company on the Gold Coast. As their administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customer orders, concrete batching and deliveries.We are looking for candidates who have very strong administration skills, have high attention to detail and can really build a rapport with clients and customers. The role is based in Burleigh Heads.Key responsibilities -
- Answering incoming enquiries and orders - ensuring great customer service
- Take orders, ensuring correct batches and concrete design are put into the system correctly
- Track jobs, schedule deliveries into the system and update these movements accordingly
- Communicate with other depo’s and drivers to ensure schedules and service is accurate
- Data entry and other general administration
- Assist with operational improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders
- Strong administration skills
- Highly organized with outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident with computers and learning new systems
