Your goal.
Overall construction project coordination and Client support for INKΔ residential projects, providing exceptional customer service and team collaboration.
Your role.
This role provides construction project coordination to our residential projects from commencement of construction through to Aftercare, across an array of build methods. If you're looking for variety and a role with growth opportunity, this is the role for you! Daily tasks include, but will not be limited to;
- Overall administration documenting variations, EOTs, and execution of contract
- Providing fortnightly detailed construction progress updates to anywhere between 40-50 Clients
- Collaboration with internal departments in resolving construction and Client queries
- Coordination of Client meetings throughout construction and Aftercare period
- Daily liaison with Drafting, Estimating, Scheduling and Construction team
- Effective and professional service to external vendors
- Continuous process improvement mindset, you are nimble, always seeking ways to do things better
- Working across single and double storey projects, constructed of brick and timber frame

The successful candidate will hold the below skills and traits;
- ESSENTIAL - Minimum of 4+ years experience within a similar role
- ESSENTIAL - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise
- ESSENTIAL - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills with an ability to engage with all levels of the workforce and clients
- ESSENTIAL - Experience across timber frame (advantageous) and brick construction single and double storey homes
- Advantageous - Understanding of HIA & MBA Construction Contracts
- Ability to problem solve whilst identifying and mitigating risk
- A positive contributor to team culture
- Comfortable with technology in your day to day workings
- Natural influencer with a drive to seek resolution
- Takes pride in brand representation across all aspects of work
