About the role
We’re looking for a talented Prestart Consultant/Client Experience Specialist. Someone that loves interior design almost as much as they love keeping their clients informed, happy, and across their building journey. Reporting to our Admin Manager, Juey, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring clients have a remarkable (and stylish) building experience.
Key tasks include:
✖️ Supporting clients throughout their building journies, from sign-up to handover
✖️ Conducting in-person prestart/colour consultations at our new Osborne Park office
✖️ Creating addenda and contract documents in the required timeframes
✖️ Obtaining all required approvals including developer, engineering, energy efficiency, CDC, Water Corp and Shire
✖️ Client liaison duties - primarily via phone, email and text updates
✖️ Communicating with team members regarding new and current jobs
✖️ Approvals assistance as required
A bit about you
As an experienced Prestarter and admin superstar, you’ve cut your teeth in the construction industry. You’re looking for a change of pace (otherwise, you wouldn’t be here, right?). A chance to jump headfirst into a new and exciting challenge and get the support and recognition you deserve.
And, when it comes to boxes, you tick them all:
✖️ 2+ years’ experience in client administration/prestart consultation role
✖️ High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
✖️ Ability to work under tight timeframes and multi-task to meet deadlines
✖️ The ability to read and interpret architectural building plans
✖️ Strong customer service and communication skills
✖️ Solid knowledge of the residential preconstruction and construction process
✖️ Fast, efficient, and agile with a desire to continually improve business systems to deliver the best customer experience going
✖️ Ability to converse with stakeholders across various departments
✖️ Fun, collaborative, positive, team-player approach to working
✖️ Enjoys a fast-paced working environment that hasn’t missed a goal yet
