Onshore and Offshore Construction Coordinator working for an Innovative Oil & Gas Organisation required, newly created position.

The purpose of this role is to support ICON Project Managers with the planning, coordination and delivery of construction phases of projects, achieving schedule, budget and customer satisfaction KPI’s. To advise construction support needs, managing assigned procurement and logistics management tasks including trade labour requirements. Provide construction advice to peers and review of installation work packs.
Qualifications
Trade Qualification (Boilermaker/Welder), Diploma of Project Management.
About You
Impressive track record in project, construction and people management along with managing the execution of multiple small to medium sized offshore projects. Understanding of general principles in engineering design, fabrication, installation and offshore construction requirements.

• Develop a culture amongst the trade labour pool where they identify and initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of dangerous or unsafe activity or action.
• Monitor compliance of offshore construction activities with safety codes and regulations
• Work collaboratively with key Vendors/ Suppliers and address issues, resolve conflict and provide necessary constructive feedback.
• Apply internal and external relationship management techniques to ensure internal and external customer service is of optimum standard. This includes delivery to customer needs, assessing and verifying quality of standards.
• Ensures project resources are clear on ICON and client requirements (including qualification requirements) and understand the work brief and their role in delivery by use of clear tasking.
