Construction Coordinator/Estimator Wanted!
We are a well-established construction company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Coordinator/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Estimating project costs and preparing budgets
- Reviewing project plans and specifications
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress and providing weekly project updates to the project team and clients
- Assisting with the procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Proficiency with construction operational software programmes and Microsoft Suites
- Site supervision of internal tradesmen and subcontractors
