What you’ll do
- Support Transport Operations team with train service capacity & utilisation insights
- Ensuring compliance with Pacific National regulations and policy standards
- Maintain expert knowledge of train capacity as it relates to asset utilisation
- Liaise with Pacific National regarding train capacity and priority issues affecting bookings or Primary Connect internal delays which result in train cutoff time risk
- Provide inputs to end of month reporting related to rail operations performance
- Supply daily Rail booking details to key stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in FMCG, Distribution industries
- Ability to prioritise and meet daily objectives
- Ability to collaborate and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of transport operations and Delivery to Store processes.
- Strong understanding of North Queensland geography.
- Previous experience in Transport will be highly regarded
- Ability to work weekends
