About the company Our client is a leading design and building company, specialising in Home Extensions and Renovations. They have more than 45 years of experience; they are a leader in their field.
About the role This is a critical and busy role within the business and would suit someone who is trade qualified e.g. plumber, electrician etc. who has some experience with renovations and Extensions and knowledge of how to pull together pricing as well as look after procurement for jobs once approved.
Key Responsibilities for the role
Production estimating - completing accurate and complete quotes within agreed timeframes
Source best pricing for project components and materials
Ordering of materials and coordinating external trades for projects
Liaison with trades, suppliers, customers and our design team
Complete job cost reporting
Skills & experience
Relevant trade qualification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent negotiation and organisation skills Have a proactive, solutions focused, can do attitude Be able to understand scope requirements and provide advice
