Qualifications & experience
- Must have experience of estimating software's DATA BUILD.
- Knowledge and minimum of 4 + years of relevant experience (e.g. residential, townhouse project, dual occupancy.)
- Excellent project planning and computer skills
- High degree of accountability and attention to detail
- Understanding of the sales and construction process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident negotiation skills
- Strong time management, organisational skills and team player
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Persistent approach to time management
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide accurate estimates of jobs including purchase orders ,variations.
- Ability to read and understand plans Prepare quotes for management review
- Assist with maintaining and updating construction files
- Provide support to site supervisors
- Complete set tasks and achieve job targets.
