We are looking for a motivated individual to join our high-end rammed earth construction team at Olnee Construction's as a Rammed Earth Foreman, where your expertise in carpentry, formwork, and site management will play a crucial role. As a dedicated professional, you’ll be responsible for overseeing small to large-scale projects, leading a team, and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute carpentry and formwork tasks with precision, whilst learning a mastery of rammed earth construction techniques.
2. Manage and lead a team (of up to 4) effectively, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
3. Demonstrate a clear understanding of architectural plans, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation in the construction process.
4. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, managing the workload distribution to meet established timelines.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
6. Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout all phases of construction.
7. Implement safety protocols and ensure the team’s adherence to industry standards and regulations.
8. Problem-solve and make informed decisions to address issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience in carpentry, formwork, and project management

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards successful project completion.

3. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans.

4. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

5. Demonstrated ability to manage small to large-scale construction projects efficiently.

6. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.

7. Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on the construction site.
