CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – INSURANCE
Design & Build is searching for a suitable Construction Manager to take up a permanent role with our client in the Insurance space. Our client is a market leader within this industry.
Responsibilities:
The Construction Manager will be responsible on insurance-related repairs and rebuilds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a team, excellent leadership skills, and experience working with insurance industry.
- Oversee and manage all phases of insurance projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Address any issues or delays promptly and efficiently to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance construction processes and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- MUST have QBCC license.
